Ramblings of a Daydreamer

The beginning of a new year, and the beginning of a new out look on life me thinks...its about time

And the beginning of a new blog.

A blog that allows me to vent my thoughts and utter frustration for my complete incompetence finding love amongst ofther things. I often find myself comparing my life to that of Bridget Jones...minus the part about living in London and working with some vaguely attractive men such as Hugh Grant and Collin Firth...instead I'm stuck with Reading's alternative to the I.T Crowd.

My family seems to think that it has something to do with the fact that I watch  this...

not a lot of people understand this to be honest

And I read books that have warped my view of normality...

Don't get me wrong, i'm not a totally geek... I try to be as social as possible, I buy Vogue, I follow the latest fashion, and I hope to one day work within the fashion industry. 

It's just that odd things interest me more than the everyday average blah.

I collect crap, the gold star award of the moment goes to my fully functional box brownie camera which I hope to be take many amazingly artistic photographs with.

Of course this blog is not only going to be me moaning and groaning about life and love, one may as well read a Jackie Collins novel. 

I also wish to share my...umm, drawing skills, my passion for restoring old furniture and my random thoughts and feelings about the world...
